MINA BY KELLEY

Mina mina mina. I met mina in college in acting school (although she says in every interview that she didn’t know me until 3 years later) and I’m soooo happy that the ~stars aligned~ for us to meet and become best friends and bandmates. Mina is so endlessly creative and weirdo and funny. She is a beam of lightning and a poet and charming as a witty little fox!!! I love her and love that she is the perfect gremlin in my pocket forever. We started the band in 2016 after we wrote a song about poo together in a literal college class. Mina always inspires me to be myself because she is so steadfastly authentic. And she is such an artist deep in her soul - not only is she such an incredible songwriter and musician, but she is also a truly incredible painter. Her art stuns me always. She was born in New Orleans and she loves reading, jalapeño pringles with sour gummies, and making everyone around her smile. I’m so lucky to besties with Min.
